TOGATHERING with Hays (in German)
  • January 21st, 2026, 17:30 – 21:00h
  • Hays AG, Glücksteinallee 67, 68163 Mannheim

Attitude is a start, but it only becomes effective through concrete measures. In this TOGATHERING, we discuss how companies and networks can take on responsibility in society and the world of work beyond purely economic interests. This includes developing a clear awareness from management level to everyday life, communicating responsibility visibly to the outside world and firmly anchoring the topic in corporate strategy.

How can we create structures and opportunities for engagement that encourage employees to get involved? How can cooperation have a real impact? How can active participation build trust, strengthen relationships and enable social participation?

We look forward to seeing you!

PROUT AT WORK Network Call Q1 (in German)

The PROUT AT WORK network call takes place once a quarter. The Q1 network call serves as a platform for direct exchange between queer networkers and the foundation’s office.

Queer Network Compass

In order to reflect the foundation’s networking philosophy, we have launched a new offer: the “Queer Network Compass”.

It is designed as a “start-up aid” for newly founded or inexperienced networks and essentially consists of a consultation with PROUT AT WORK and two discussions with experienced networks.

Individuals and networks interested in this offer are welcome to contact us.

Survey: Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency

The Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency is calling for participation in Germany’s largest survey on discrimination. Until 28 February 2026, anyone aged 14 or older can anonymously share their experiences of discrimination.

Whether at work, at school or in healthcare, discrimination is part of everyday life for many people. How often it occurs, in which areas of life it occurs and what consequences it has for those affected is still largely unknown. With this Germany-wide survey, the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency aims to close this gap. The goal is to gain a comprehensive picture of experiences of discrimination in Germany.

The results of the survey are expected to be published in early summer 2027.

In order to attract as many participants as possible and gather as much experience as possible, we ask you to take part in the survey and share it within your network.
